La Bouchée Restaurant in the centre of Brno on Údolní Street specialized in food from quality fresh ingredients, organic food and lamb – but our cooks, inspired by home-made French cuisine, will accommodate any of your gourmet wishes.
Are you demanding gourmets?
Our cooks use exclusively fresh ingredients that they choose themselves. They go for top-quality organic lamb to the breeders from the White Carpathian Mountains; organic goat cheese is brought from farms in the Highlands. Green herbs used for flavouring your food were grown in the chef's garden.
Is it hard for you to choose?
Simply call the cook to your table and he will advise you and recommend the menu or adapt preparation to your wish. We do not run a restaurant for ourselves, but for our guests and their wishes.
Are you interested in how meals prepared?
You can watch how your meal is being prepared at any time from the premises of the entrance café. You are nice guests of ours and friendly atmosphere and openness is a matter of course for us.

Café, day restaurant and wine bar
is located in the entrance part of the restaurant. In the nice interior you can enjoy coffee, organic cider, a glass of wine from Moravian vineyard, or maybe something stronger. After lunch you can immerse yourself in newspaper and magazines that are also available for you at the bar. Or you can also arrange your business meeting in the café – then you will definitely use our free Wi-Fi internet access.
Cigar lounge
will please every lover of top-quality tobacco – informal atmosphere of the lounge is the right place for your favourite cigar or pipe. There is an interesting view of our wine collection from the comfortable rattan armchairs where we store the current offer of red and white wines not only from Moravian vineyards.

is located a couple of steps under the vaulted ceiling. The architectural sophistication is the heart of La Bouchée and also the most suitable place for real feast – whether an intimate dinner for two or with more friends.
