Wine of the Month

We regularly present current production of selected Moravian wine growers to out guests – every month Senior waiter Daniela Kundrová chooses four or five most interesting wines from one of the local wine growing families.. Beside Permanent wine list you can discover and taste other Moravian wines in La Bouchée – even a glass or two if you wish so. We always prepare a special tasting menu for the wines of the month that is designed in cooperation of the chef and the senior waiter to be in tune with the selected samples. You can try the way we can greatly combine culinary delicacies with excellent local wines every first Friday in a month. By this activity we want not only to promote regional viticulture and its best wines, but in particular to make it possible for our guests to get to know the quality and diversity offered by Moravian vineyards.
